Joe Kubic

Joe is the CEO and co-founder of the Adcom Group. A creative, innovative and independent thinker, he loves designing and engineering solutions to help clients leverage marketing to do more of what they are great at. Joe has extensive experience in organizational planning and strategy, brand platform development, experiential marketing and public relations. Some of his professional recognitions include the Digiday Content Marketing Award for best digital publication, being named an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and receiving the SME Marketer of the Year Award.

Joe has a BA from Kent State University and MBA from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management with a dual concentration in marketing and organizational behavior. He is extensively involved in the community and has served on the Board for a variety of organizations including Hathaway Brown School, The Press Club of Cleveland, American Red Cross, Destination Cleveland, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Cleveland Leadership Center, The Youth Development Initiative and the Positive Coaching Alliance. An avid golfer, skier and fly fisherman, Joe lives in Shaker Heights with his wife and three children.

Justin Morcelle

Justin Morcelle is President and a Partner of Adcom. In this role, he is responsible for the operations of the agency across its various practice groups. Justin is a results-driven marketer blending brand and creative paired with technology and analytics to create modern marketing campaigns. Prior to his time at Adcom, Justin was twice a Chief Marketing Officer within the financial services industry. As CMO of KeyBank, he built a distinctive brand for Key in a commodity category, modernized the marketing function through a fully integrated MarTech stack, and built best-in-class analytics capabilities.

Justin lives in Bratenahl, OH with his wife Karissa and three children. He graduated from the Weatherhead School at Case Western University with a degree in accountancy and earned designations as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Professional Forecaster.

Craig Martin

Craig Martin is Chief Growth Officer and a Partner at Adcom. In his role, Craig focuses on audience insights, marketing strategy, business/marketing analytics and marketing investment modeling to help clients achieve their brand and business goals. In his more than 20 years at the agency, Craig has had the opportunity to work with clients to fuel growth in both B2B and B2C markets, including healthcare, finance, transportation/trucking, professional sports, non-profit, entertainment, quick serve restaurants (QSR), consumer packaged goods, retail and e-Commerce.

A proud Clevelander, Craig is both a Board member and the marketing chair of The Cleveland Foundry (a rowing and sailing center with a mission to change the lives of area youth through the impact of water sports), a Board member of the Cleveland Library Foundation and a member of Leadership Cleveland’s Class of 2022. He is a Flight Leader at Promise Partners, a 10-year team Captain and steering committee member for VeloSano, and an engaged member of his church. He is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace University (BA) and Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management (MBA). Craig has three children and enjoys traveling, Cleveland sports, coaching basketball, boating and anything that involves spending time with his wife and kids.

Jim Ganzer

As Chief Strategy Officer, Jim is the creative force shaping the agency’s media and measurement strategy through his intuitive grasp of data storytelling. His vision led to the creation and launch of Adcom’s Optiem Analytics™ platform, an advanced insights tool providing clients with a comprehensive solution to effectively highlight their marketing results.

Jim’s approach, which blends deep consumer understanding with marketing ingenuity, has been key in developing strategies that drive brand expansion, increase revenue and energize teams. He is a consultant to C-Suite leaders, a unifying force with top-tier media entities and a deft anticipator of changing consumer currents. Jim’s work has helped elevate leading brands such as Beam Suntory, MillerCoors, Penn Gaming, ACCO and Cleveland Clinic, increasing awareness, preference and sales. Jim, his wife and three children live in Medina, OH.

Jessica Romano

Since joining Adcom in 2011, Jessica has been pivotal in driving evolution across the agency to support our focus on creating measurable returns for our clients. As Chief of Staff at the agency, Jessica’s focus is to ensure that our tremendous talent is aligned properly to drive strategic guidance and exceptional execution across our body of work. A passionate and proven leader, Jessica creates an inspired, collaborative cross-functional team environment. She works to creatively implement goal-oriented strategic solutions to address client business challenges. She has been instrumental in driving thoughtful, outcome-based solutions for clients such as Sherwin-Williams, KeyBank, Goodyear and ACCO Brands.

Prior to her time at Adcom, Jessica spent 7 years at Grey responsible for experiential marketing for clients like Diageo, Kraft, Aetna and Waste Management.

Bill Hyde

Bill is Chief Marketing Officer at Adcom and oversees agency growth, as well as having executive oversight of the creative and content teams at the agency. Bill began his career on the account side at Y&RNY and transitioned to the creative side early in his career. He enjoyed success as a writer and creative director at agencies in New York, Baltimore and Detroit where he served as VP/Creative Director at Doner and Chief Creative Officer of DP+. His creative work drove business results for numerous top brands including DuPont, Sherwin-Williams, PetSmart, PNC Bank, Expedia, Blue Cross Blue Shield and many others.

Bill left agency life for 4 years and created JACK Entertainment, a leading regional gaming brand in the Midwest. After its sale, he returned to the agency side in business development roles at DP+ and Fusion92, which purchased DP+ in 2022.

Jessica Van Wagenen

Jess is Vice President of Media and oversees all aspects of media planning, buying and optimization at Adcom. In this role, she leverages Adcom’s proprietary data and technology platforms for all client activity across earned, owned and paid channels. Jess’ 15+ years of experience in the media industry includes experience at some of the world’s most powerful brands in media, entertainment and sports including MTV Networks, Discovery, and the Cleveland Browns.

Jess is well-versed in the latest media trends and best practices and is always looking for new ways to connect with audiences and amplify stories across the connected media world. Jess holds a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and enjoys travel, reading and watching sports in her spare time. She lives in Cleveland with her fiancé and their four daughters.

Dan Reisinger

Dan is a partner and Vice President of Account Strategy and Management at the agency. He has spent the majority of his career working with companies in the tools and building products categories, including Moen, Sherwin-Williams, RIDGID, Greenlee, and National Safety Apparel. He has expertise in the strategic planning and execution of large-scale marketing efforts across all media, including digital, social, event marketing and PR.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Dayton where he was an undergraduate assistant coach on the Division 1 Men’s basketball team. He earned his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University and lives in Shaker Heights with his wife and three very active boys.

Brian Kozel

Brian Kozel is Vice President, Account Strategy & Management at Adcom. Since joining the agency in 2011, Brian has consistently spearheaded our pivotal client partnerships with leading companies like RIDGID, Viega, Lincoln Electric, Moen, Cub Cadet, Henkel, Airxcel and numerous global manufacturing brands.

An adept and dynamic marketer, Brian possesses an in-depth understanding of his clients’ brands and complex industries. He expertly crafts integrated marketing programs that not only streamline operations but also yield tangible and impressive results. His proficiency as a skilled account professional has played a pivotal role in cultivating Adcom’s most successful and mutually beneficial partnerships. A graduate of Kent State University, Brian spends his free time with his wife and three children and resides in the Cleveland suburbs.
