From small-business makers to full-scale marketing teams, this city thrives when people share ideas and build together.  That spirit is exactly what inspired Share the Land, an invite-only event hosted by The Adcom Group on November 20, 2025. The evening will bring together Cleveland’s creators, brands, and media for conversation, connection, and a celebration of the people shaping our city’s creative identity.  *“Cleveland’s creator community has so much momentum right now,"* says Micki Byrnes, a longtime champion of local storytellers. *"This event is about amplifying that and bringing our city’s voices together."* ## **A Different Kind of Networking**  Most networking events feel like, well… networking events. Share the Land aims to feel different. Think of it more like a celebration than a meeting. Guests will experience a laid-back evening with local bites, creative conversation, and plenty of content-worthy moments, from a photo wall to swag from Cleveland favorites.  But beyond the cocktails and conversation, the night’s purpose runs deeper: creating space for collaboration between marketers, media, and the creators influencing how Cleveland tells its story.  ## **Building Bridges, Growing Together**  At Adcom, we believe Cleveland’s strength lies in its ability to collaborate — across industries, platforms, and creative disciplines. *Share the Land* is an extension of that belief, designed to spark partnerships that help our city’s talent and businesses grow side by side.  About 75 local voices will gather in our downtown office for this inaugural event — the kind of mix that keeps Cleveland’s creative momentum moving forward.  *“Cleveland’s story is best told when its creators, brands, and community partners share the same table,” says the Adcom team. “Share the Land is our way of helping those connections grow.”*  ## **Why It Matters**  As influencer and creator partnerships become a bigger part of brand storytelling, local collaboration has never been more valuable. *Share the Land* brings those connections to life, helping creators and brands not just work together, but grow together.  For Adcom, it’s one more way we’re helping Cleveland’s creative ecosystem thrive.
